Most
all of our clients have employees, ranging in number from one to over
two-hundred. The number one risk management problem affecting
non-profit organizations is employment related government regulatory
complaints or civil law suits.
This office works with clients of all types to deal with employment law
problems. Of course, we prefer to avoid such problems by helping
clients develop effective human resource policies. Sometimes, the
problem is more than good management can avoid. We will work with our
clients to resolve the legal disputes. We are most familiar with the
special problems affecting religious, charitable and educational
